These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using Random Animal Generator, including creative tools, generated outputs, accounts, paid credits, and acceptable use.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Random Animal Generator provides animal picker, animal wheel, animal mix, body part, facts, prompt, and video idea tools. Some features may be free, while video generation, account history, higher usage limits, downloads, or advanced features may require credits, payment, or an account.
We may modify, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also change animal libraries, prompt templates, output styles, model providers, generation limits, pricing, and credit costs.
You must be old enough to use online services under the laws that apply to you. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, limit accounts, or suspend access where we believe it is necessary to protect the service, users, or our legal rights.
If paid credits or subscriptions are offered, pricing, credit costs, and feature limits will be shown before purchase. Credits may be used for eligible generation features and may be subject to expiration or usage limits stated at purchase.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, completed generation usage and consumed credits are not refundable. Failed generations, duplicate charges, technical errors, or billing issues may be reviewed by contacting hello@randomanimalgen.fun.
We may change prices, credit packages, included features, or usage limits prospectively. We may offer free trials, promotional credits, or beta features, and we may modify or end those offers at any time.
You are responsible for prompts, images, settings, animal combinations, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content and use the resulting outputs.
As between you and Random Animal Generator, you retain rights you already have in your inputs. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative technical versions of, and otherwise use inputs and outputs as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any third-party provider rules, you may use generated outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring your use does not violate law, rights of others, platform rules, advertising rules, or industry-specific requirements.
Generated outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to outputs created for other users, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. We do not guarantee uniqueness, protectability, copyright status, commercial suitability, scientific accuracy, or availability of any output.
You may not use the service to create, request, upload, or share illegal content, harassment, threats, animal cruelty, graphic violence, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, deceptive impersonation, fraud, malware, spam, election manipulation, unlawful discrimination, or content that infringes another person's rights.
You may not use the service to generate misleading news, impersonate real people, create deceptive evidence, violate privacy or publicity rights, exploit children, promote self-harm, or facilitate illegal activity.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, crawl at excessive rates, bypass rate limits, evade safety systems, compromise security, resell unauthorized access, use stolen payment methods, or interfere with the operation of the service.
We may remove content, block prompts, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report activity when we believe these Terms, applicable law, provider rules, or safety requirements have been violated.
The website, interface, branding, code, design, and service materials are owned by Random Animal Generator or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the service itself except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
You may not remove proprietary notices, use our branding in a misleading way, imply endorsement, or register confusingly similar names, logos, domains, or social handles.
If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright or other rights, contact hello@randomanimalgen.fun with enough information for us to identify the material, understand your claim, and contact you.
A notice should include your name, contact information, a description of the protected work, the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate.
We may remove or restrict content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, payments, authentication, storage, content moderation, and AI generation. Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, limitations, safety systems, uptime, and data practices.
We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, outages, model behavior, generation delays, rejected prompts, unavailable providers, or results beyond our control.
Some features may be experimental, in beta, or offered for preview. Beta features may change, fail, produce unexpected results, or be discontinued without notice.
AI-generated animal facts, prompts, images, videos, and outputs are probabilistic. They may contain errors, artifacts, unrealistic anatomy, biased assumptions, or content that does not match your prompt. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated outputs will meet your expectations.
Animal facts, prompts, and generated outputs are for creative and informational purposes and should not be treated as professional, scientific, educational, legal, medical, financial, veterinary, or safety advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and course of dealing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Random Animal Generator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, replacement services, or lost business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Random Animal Generator for the service in the three months before the claim arose or USD $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Random Animal Generator and its owners, operators, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your inputs, outputs, use of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, abused the service, or used the service unlawfully.
You may stop using the service at any time. Certain sections, including intellectual property, input and output licenses, acceptable use, copyright requests, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, payment obligations, and dispute provisions, survive termination.
If a dispute arises, you agree to contact us first at hello@randomanimalgen.fun so we can try to resolve it informally.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes must be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection, privacy, or other mandatory laws. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
